PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

RETURN/EXCHANGE
At ETS. Hagop Atamian SAL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any valid reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new, unused condition.
- In its original packaging.
- With the original warranty card, tags, accessories, and any accompanying materials.
- In the same condition in which it was delivered.
Products that show signs of wear, have been used, altered, damaged, or are returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted for exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Eligible products may only be exchanged.
You may exchange your purchase for any available product at any ATAMIAN or TIMEZONE boutique. If the selected replacement product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
REFUND POLICY
As a general policy, ETS. Hagop Atamian SAL does not offer refunds on purchased items. Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The incorrect product was delivered.
- The product is found to be defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping, provided that we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- A payment or transaction error occurred during the checkout process.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All watches purchased from www.atamianwatches.com are genuine products supplied through our official brand partners and are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of each brand.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship occurring during the applicable warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Warranty service will be carried out in accordance with the brand's official warranty policy and may require presentation of the original warranty card and proof of purchase.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover, but is not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use.
- Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage to the case, crystal, bezel, bracelet, clasp, buckle, crown, pushers, or strap.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, dropping the watch, or improper handling.
- Water or moisture damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with the manufacturer's water-resistance recommendations.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, or other external factors.
- Lost or damaged gemstones, decorative elements, or external components.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, servicing, or replacement parts not performed by an authorized service center.
- Damage caused by excessive wear or use beyond the manufacturer's specifications.
For watches equipped with a screw-down crown, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the crown is fully secured before any contact with water. Damage caused by water entering the watch due to an improperly secured crown is not covered under the warranty.
Please note that water-resistant does not mean waterproof. The level of water resistance varies by model and should always be used within the limits specified by the manufacturer.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within one week from the date of your Order Confirmation email.

All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
