Every time you order products from our site, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. By contract we refer to the dispatch confirmation of your order.

Headquarter is located on Dora Highway, Beirut, Lebanon.
This site www.atamianwatches.com is owned and operated by ETS.HAGOP ATAMIAN SAL. All texts, logos, images and content belong exclusively to this site, provided and approved by its official International suppliers/brands.
The products found on the site belong to ETS.HAGOP ATAMIAN SAL and are available at ATAMIAN and TIMEZONE boutiques inside the malls.
USE OF MATERIALS ON THIS SITE
ATAMIAN SAL has created this site www.atamianwatches.com to provide information for user’s personal use only. Any attempt for an unauthorized access to this site is absolutely banned. Therefore, any visitor on this site is given the access to view our products, offers and place an order and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party except if permitted by us in advance.
You may not make any commercial use of any of the information placed on our site or make any use of this site for the benefit of another business. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and/or cancel orders if we believe the customer violates our interests and rules.
The images on our site are approximate only. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our site reveal precisely the color of the product in real.All our products on our site are subject to availability. Upon purchase, you will be notified by email that your order has been received. In case the product is not available following your purchase order, you will be notified by email and we will not process your order.
In case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that specific product. We reserve the right to refuse your order even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card is charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account with the same amount.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
Our system allows you to revise and amend your order before submitting it to us.
Please take the time to read and check carefully. In case you submit an order to us that contains an error, kindly contact us by email or by phone immediately after your submission. We will try to correct any error before we process your order but we cannot guarantee this.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic reply by email acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been confirmed. We will confirm your order by sending you another email.
If we are unable to provide you with a product (in case it is out of stock or due to a typographical error in the price on our site, etc…) we will inform you by email and we will not process your order. In case we have already received your payment for that product, we will refund you the full amount as early as possible.
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Prices of our products may change from time to time. Any changes to the price of products on our site will not affect any order for product(s) which we have confirmed to you with an email.
The price of a product includes VAT.
In case of any typographical error related to the price or description of the product, we will contact you to inform you of this error and will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price of cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
Our site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. In such case, we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Our main goal is to keep you happy and satisfied. If for any rational reason you are not satisfied with your delivered product, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the delivery date of the product. The product must be returned in brand-new condition along with its package, guarantee card and any other material; in exact condition in which it has been delivered to you. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or in case the 30 days return authorization has passed.
In case the above condition is respected, the product will be exchanged but not refunded.
You can exchange your product with any product at ATAMIAN and/or TIMEZONE boutiques, the new product should be with the same or higher price. You can visit any of our ATAMIAN and/or TIMEZONE branches to exchange your product.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEM, ONLY EXCHANGE ON PURCHASED ITEM.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
The refund will be applicable in the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent by ATAMIAN/TIMEZONE
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged in shipping. However we should be notified within 24 hours.
Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

www.atamianwatches.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.
What's Not Covered?
www.atamianwatches.com warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
- Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or any such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty.
- Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
We normally send all online purchased products using a reliable carrier without charging any fee. Depending on your region, please allow us a maximum of one week delivery time once you have received your order confirmation by email.
For orders above 25,000,000 LBP, an ATAMIAN Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange delivery.
All prices on our site are in Lebanese pounds (LBP).
We accept payments as CASH ON DELIVERY and/or ONINE with credit or debit card.
For the moment and until further notice, we accept only CASH on delivery.
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU AS A CONSUMER
If we fail to comply with any of the above mentioned terms, we will take full responsibility to bare the circumstances.
